At CostaBaja Resort & Marina, ownership offers privileges like discounted slip rates. Although having 250 boat slips in our marina appears to be a large inventory, as the development and demand grows, those slips will quickly be in high demand. CostaBaja homeowners will be given priority treatment and special privileges at the marina.

Absolutely. We realize that some homeowners may wish to rent their homes when they are not able to get down to La Paz. CostaBaja Resort�s Owner Concierge service will be happy to help you with rentals.
